“Hey, mack, can you spot me a short bit?”
“I gotta get on the blower to the old ball and chain.”
“C’mon, bub, ain’t you got a dime?”
“What do you need a dime for?”

It’s like I’m a photography wizard!
Ok, so, here are a few of my pictures.
The only one I have anything particular to say about is the last one, which is maybe not as good as I’d hoped, but the distance between those two beams was exactly one Jim-head-width, so it was a slightly difficult shot.
Might as well make a post on here just in case anyone is interested in this.
My friend Jaime Meyer is a cool/kinda weird neo-pagan urban shaman kinda guy and every winter he does this solstice blessing/show. It’s really fun if you’re into crazy shit. I mean, I’m not even really into crazy shit, but I still love it.
The way he describes it is this: “Part theatre, part shamanic ceremony. Primal, live, human, reverent reverie.” It involves drumming and ceremony and storytelling, all of which which Jaime is incredibly good at.
Anyway, it’s Friday, Saturday and Sunday, December 14, 15 and 16, 7:30 Friday and Saturday, 7:00 on Sunday.
Tickets are $20 and you can click the link above for more info and to buy tickets, or you can pay at the door, same price. I’ll probably be the one sitting there checking people in and taking the money.
It’s at the Minnesota Opera Center, 620 N. First St, Downtown Minneapolis.
Ah, I love Mr Nigel-Murray!
